<br>Specialty Programs<br>
<br>- Military: UHS’ Patriot Support Programs offers behavioral health services particularly created for military, veterans and families in 34 facilities.
– First Responders: Includes behavioral health care support, services and programs for very first responders (authorities, firemens, dispatchers, corrections officers, crime scene professionals), EMS and other health care employees, along with active-duty armed force.
– Substance Use Disorder (SUD): Much Of UHS’ Behavioral Health centers use a broad array of treatment services, such as alcohol and drug detox, step-down programs, sober living and aftercare. Services are available at numerous levels of care (e.g., domestic, inpatient, outpatient, partial hospitalization).
Among them are those in our Foundations Recovery Network which concentrates on the integrated treatment of dependency and underlying mental health disorders.
In 2024, we opened our very first Foundations Health place, using outpatient services for those battling with SUD, psychological health concerns and/or opioid dependence, consisting of medication-assisted treatment.<br>
